So, let's learn some French words for the bathroom, "la salle de bain."

Please repeat after me, rĂ©pĂ©tez aprĂšs moi. 

  • le dentifrice (toothpaste)

  • la brosse Ă  dents (toothbrush)

  • la douche (shower)

  • le rideau de douche (shower curtain)

  • la baignoire (bathtub)

  • le gant de toilette (washcloth)

  • le savon (soap)

  • le gel douche (shower gel)

  • le shampoing (shampoo)

  • le tapis de bain (bath mat)

  • la serviette (towel)

  • le porte-serviette (towel holder)

  • le peignoir (bathrobe)

  • les toilettes (toilet)

  • le papier toilette

  • PQ (toilet paper)

  • le miroir (mirror)

  • le maquillage (makeup)

  • la brosse Ă  cheveux (hairbrush)

  • le peigne (comb)

  • le sĂšche-cheveux (hair dryer)

  • le fer Ă  lisser (hair straightener)

  • le rasoir (razor)

  • le lavabo (sink)

  • le robinet (tap)

  • le panier Ă  linge (laundry basket)

Et voilĂ ! We've got our 25+ words for the bathroom!

Ok, so now it's time for our little quiz!

I'll say the words in English first; you have 5 seconds to translate them in French. Then I'll give you the answer. PrĂȘts? Ready?
